How to request that your account is deleted

Email support@verteq.build from the email address on your Verteq account, with “Delete my account” as the subject.

If your account name is different from your email, tell us what it is. We’ll confirm the request is genuinely from you before we act on it.

We complete confirmed requests within 30 days and email you when it’s done. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — there’s no charge, and you don’t need to give a reason.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.

Your profile — your name, email address, phone number, and photo.

The projects you own and everything in them: budgets, tasks, expenses, payments, documents, photos, any location tags, and messages. If you share a project with a team, tell us first if it should be transferred to someone else — otherwise it is deleted for everyone on it.

What is kept, and for how long

Entries you logged in projects owned by other people stay part of those projects’ records (they belong to the project owner), but they are no longer linked to your account.

We remove your personal information from our live systems within 30 days of confirming your request. Backups are overwritten on our providers’ regular cycle, within 90 days.

We may keep a limited record where the law requires it — for example to meet a legal or accounting obligation — and only for as long as we have to.
